We have 10 ground-floor units, with the choice of studio, 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom family units, all with off-street parking. All units are fully self-contained with well-equipped kitchens, modern bathrooms, flat-screen TVs, DVD players and a DVD library at reception. One studio unit has full access facilities. All units are completely smoke-free. All rooms are fully serviced daily.

Selected SKY channels, wireless broadband internet available throughout all units .

There are numerous restaurants around Riccarton, we can provide great suggestions and directions at reception. In the morning, delicious home cooked or continental breakfasts can be delivered to your room as early or as late as you prefer.

We have two super spacious 1-bedroom units, one with a king-size bed in the bedroom and 2 singles in the lounge, couches, coffee table, LCD flat-screen TV and DVD player, selected SKY digital channels, full kitchens and dining table and broadband internet. The other unit is the same except it has a double in the living room and 2 singles in the bedroom and a couch and is great for families with younger children as they can be put to bed first.

Tariff: from $130 for 2 persons, $20 extra adult, $15 child under 12


One Bedroom Standard Unit

Lovely  Standard 1-bedroom unit great for people wanting that added space of a separate bedroom and living/dining room whilst away. Full kitchen, LCD flat-screen TV and DVD player, Selected SKY digital channels, comfy couch and dining table and chairs, bathroom and broadband internet. Also has a single bed in the lounge
